The Hope base has a fully accessible and equipped assessment room located along the corridor from the main Disability service. There is a staffed Reception area next to the Assessment Room and refreshments for students are available on arrival. Parking is provided nearby and includes parking spaces for those with restricted mobility. There is an Assessor at Liverpool Hope five days per week although all administrative tasks are carried out at the Centre in Chester. Students from across the North West and from surrounding Universities are able to undertake their assessments at either location.

Monday - Thursday 9 am to 5 pm
Friday 9 am to 4 pm
Timescales for appointments and report completion are within those set by the DSA QAG framework. Current waiting times: Within 10 working days.
